We are a firm of internet solicitors regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
Adam Taylor has been an internet lawyer since the early days of the internet. He founded Adlex Solicitors in 2001. Formerly a partner and head of E-Commerce and Technology Group at City of London law firm Withers, he felt that there was a market for specialist internet lawyers with expertise derived from the City but who did not charge City rates.
Adam, who qualified as a solicitor in the UK, Ireland and New York, has been recommended as an internet lawyer in Euromoney Legal Media Group’s Guide to Leading Technology, Media and Telecommunications Lawyers and has been selected as an expert e-commerce lawyer in Legal Experts.
He has also been appointed to the following domain name dispute arbitration panels: Nominet Dispute Resolution Service (.uk domain name disputes); WIPO (.com and other “gTLDs”; also Ireland .ie disputes); and the Czech Arbitration Court (.eu).
Sarah has worked with Adlex since 2007.
Formerly a senior solicitor at City law firm Stephenson Harwood, Sarah’s particular focus is on resolving internet-related disputes including domain names, intellectual property and defamation content removals.
